Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as when it was received. A receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the issue are also required. 
To request a return, contact us at ciao@citrina.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. 
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 


Damages and Issues 


Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away at 
ciao@citrina.com.au if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and arrange a suitable solution. 


Non-Returnable Items 


We don’t accept returns on opened products, sale items, or gift cards.
