Citrina Sunrise

ingredients:

• Citrina limoncello 50ml

• 5 raspberries

• Sparkling Moscato 100ml

• Fever Tree Sicilian soda (or just Soda) 20ml

method:

1. Lightly muddle the raspberries in the base of a chilled Wine glass.

2. Fill the glass with ice.

3. Pour in the Citrina Limoncello.

4. Add the sparkling Moscato.

5. Top with the Sicilian Lemonade or soda.

6. Stir gently to mix and garnish with a fresh raspberry or lemon twist
