Citrina Lemon Cheesecake

A dessert in liquid form.
sweet, smooth, and lightly lifted.


Ingredients:

• 40 ml Citrina Limoncello

• 20 ml Frangelico

• 20 ml Lemon juice

• 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  
  

Method:

1. Add all ingredients plus the ice cream to a shaker.

2. Shake first without ice, then once the ice cream has melted, shake again with ice.

3. Serve in a cold Nick and Nora glass and garnish with biscuit crumbs on top.
